Recruitment Consultant – Tech / ERP / SAP
Rome, Italy (Hybrid) | Full-time
Eligo Recruitment is growing its Tech practice, and we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join us in Rome.
This is a 360° role for someone who genuinely enjoys the full recruitment lifecycle: building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and running high-quality candidate searches.
You'll specialise in Tech or ERP/SAP recruitment, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering the right talent, while also developing your own desk and expanding Eligo's presence in the market.
What you'll be doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner rather than just a supplier
Proactively developing new business, identifying opportunities, pitching Eligo's services, and converting leads into long-term client relationships
Running end-to-end candidate searches: sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting candidates for Tech/ERP/SAP roles
Managing the full recruitment process from brief to placement, keeping both clients and candidates well informed at every stage
Building and maintaining a strong network within the Tech, ERP/SAP community
Keeping across market trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a track record in Account Management and Business Development
A genuine drive to win new business and grow client relationships, combined with the willingness to stay hands-on with candidate searches
Experience recruiting in Tech, or ERP/SAP recruitment strongly preferred
Candidates with a broader background across other technology areas are especially welcome as we're keen to bring fresh knowledge and perspective into the team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with clients and candidates at all levels
