Your Future: Analyses and optimises production processes to reduce waste and increase productivity. Monitors production progress, ensuring that orders are not delayed. Liaises with the technical department to respond to production information requirements: technical drawings, operating instructions, bills of materials.
Work closely with the order planning department, verifying requirements directly with the production departments. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects for continuous improvement. Manage and coordinate department staff, promoting collaboration and skills development. Monitor production KPIs (efficiency, waste, cycle times, etc.) and propose corrective actions. Draft and maintain work instructions, procedures and company best practices. Collaborate with the Quality, Maintenance and Safety departments to ensure compliance with standards. Support the introduction of new technologies and production processes. Draft technical documentation and operating procedures. Your Potential: At least 7-10 years of operational experience in production and process engineering. In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (e.g. 5 S, SMED, OEE, Value Stream Mapping) and WCM tools. Personnel management an
