Your future team Premier Tech Systems & Automation (PTSA) is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial flexible packaging equipment in the industry. They are responsible for drawing up a variety of electro‐technical and pneumatic control systems. For this team we are looking for a Hardware Engineer – a hard worker who takes care of the control during the entire electro‐technical/pneumatic installation of machines. With our complete team of hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, you will work together on challenging packaging machines where you actually see the end result. Your future role Support hardware/software integration in industrial environments You design the electro‐technical and pneumatic control systems in EPLAN You maintain contact with third parties (internal & external)
about the drawings – the external contact is always in consultation with Project Management You check during the electrotechnical and pneumatic installation of machines whether it corresponds to the drawing and you take action if necessary Updating existing drawings and archiving drawings You take care of the order lists for electrotechnical and pneumatic materials Analyze and resolve technical issues on existing systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, manufacturing) Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (CE, IEC, ISO) Our perfect candidate would have... a Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, a degree in Electronic Engineering, or in any other relevant field 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment Knowledge of industrial communication protocols Knowledge of EMC and electrical safety standards
