As a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a central role in helping customers understand and realize the value of Parloa’s conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects and customers through their technical journey, from discovery and solution design to validation and successful handover. This is an opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology and business, shaping how enterprises adopt agentic AI while influencing product direction through direct customer insight. Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to validation through Proof of Value and Proof of Concept engagements. Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals. Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives, co‑owning accounts and supporting strategic sales initiatives within the territory.



Represent the voice of the customer by feeding insights into Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and improvements. Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and global Solution Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Who you are: 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar customer‑facing technical role within Saa S or enterprise technology. Strong technical foundation across APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture. Experience supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. Technical curiosity and interest in AI‑driven products and customer experience.
