ABOUT THE JOB In collaboration with the Host/Hostess, you will support the guest experience and ensure a warm and professional welcome. As a Junior Host/Hostess, your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm and personalized first impression. - Assisting the Host/Hostess with guest arrivals, seating, and guest flow throughout the service. - Supporting the organization of the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume. - Assisting with reservation requests by phone and email. - Providing information to guests and ensuring their requests are handled with care. - Contributing to delivering an excellent guest experience in collaborat
