Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. ABOUT THE JOB The Sous Chef works under the responsibility of the Head Chef. He/She is responsible for the smooth running of service in order to deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests, as well as for the supportive and positive supervision of the kitchen teams. Research &, Development - Support the Head Chef in the research, development, and tasting of new dishes, - Assist the Head Chef in menu updates and the creation of new menus that meet the group’s quality standards.
