The Opportunity We're seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead high-profile industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across Europe. This role demands someone who excels at uniting multidisciplinary teams, maintaining project focus, and translating complex technical challenges into coordinated solutions. You'll act as an architectural leader not just for design, but as a connector who brings together diverse expertise, keeps teams aligned on objectives, and communicates clearly with colleagues and clients alike. Crucially, you'll need deep expertise in process and manufacturing plant design; understanding how these facilities operate, their production workflows, and technical requirements is essential to driving integrated solutions that work. Your curiosity and commitment will be essential as you guide projects from concept through delivery, challenging assumptions and ensuring architectural decisions support operational excellence.

Technical Expertise: Master's Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
with professional registration required or in progress 8+ years' proven experience designing and delivering process plants, advanced manufacturing facilities, and industrial complexes Deep knowledge of manufacturing operations, process engineering principles, and plant workflows . Understanding how facilities are designed to function, operate efficiently, and integrate architectural and process requirements Demonstrated ability to lead integrated design
where architectural solutions respond to process demands, production sequences, and operational logistics Proven expertise in Italian building regulations and international codes Strong track record managing multidisciplinary coordination between architects, process engineers, structural, and MEP specialists BIM familiarity (ability to navigate complex Navisworks models) Experience leading permit submissions and regulatory approvals would be beneficial.
