The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. - Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests. - Provide personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience. - Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction. - Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
