We are currently seeking a Graduate Rotational Program – Pre‑Sales, Product Management & Project Delivery to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy .
We are looking for a high‑potential graduate to join an 18‑month rotational development program designed to provide end‑to‑end exposure to our business and core operational processes. The role sits within the Vertiv Power Business Unit , responsible for delivering end‑to‑end critical power solutions covering the entire power train—from the utility grid to the final load.
The Portfolio Includes
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
systems
- Critical electrical infrastructure
- Power distribution solutions
- Battery systems and BESS
- Busbars and switchgears
Owning the full power train enables Vertiv to guarantee high availability, operational continuity, and resilience for mission‑critical applications.
Program Structure (18 Months)
- Pre‑Sales (approximately 6 months)
- Support technical and commercial pre‑sales activities
- Analyze customer requirements and business needs
- Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and demos
- Assist the sales team during customer meetings and solution discussions
- Product Management (approximately 6 months)
- Support product portfolio management activities
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and business cases
