What You'll Own Operational Excellence Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple locations in Europe Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication seamlessly Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure 5-star experiences Keep guest satisfaction and review scores consistently high Revenue & Performance Optimization Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Monitor local markets, competitor activity,
