project presentation and Tax concept request Contribute to sales risk analysis (Contract, Supply chain matters)
Support the PM in the preparation of the kick-off meeting for legal and insurance aspects, checking the contract (except technical part) to identify contractual risks and chances (i.e.
contractual deadline and formalities).
Execution of commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual tasks Participation in the take-over process (Sales Contract Execution) including order intakeCalculation Support Foreign exchange management (Accounting) Support Project cost controlling (Controlling) Support Invoicing and accounts receivables management (Accounting) Contractual and financial inputs for claim management (support for maintenance of clear evidence and records) Insurance claim management Claim notification to group insurance Support Issuance and handling of shipping documents in collaboration with PLM Support PM in preparing project reviews and participate. xrdztoy
