Outbound Campaign-based Sales/inside Sales, Specialist/Collaborative Sales, and Digital Self-service Channels. You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion, and continuous optimization.In this role, you will combine a strong analytical and data-driven mindset with managerial leadership, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).Directly manage a layer of team leaders (manager of managers) responsible for operational teams.Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns, managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI).Oversee external vendors and telesales providers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with internal standards.I
