As part of Conflux's growth and expansion project, to better meet the requests of our customers, we intend to expand our network of reference Freelance UX Designers. We are therefore looking for a Freelance UX Designer in Milan who has experience in managing complex projects and in dialogue with customers and with whom to build solid relationships that last over time. As a UX Designer in Conflux, you will enter the heart of projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on small and medium-sized digital products, with a duration of several months. You will be responsible for the design of interfaces, information architectures and interaction models, using participatory design methods together with the technical team, to give shape to concrete and well-constructed solutions. You will work in a structured context, with clear and sustainable time management, which will allow you to focus on the quality of the design. You will be part of a dynamic team, where you can expand your skills in UX research, UX design and UI design,
actively contributing to the growth of projects and also to your professionalism.
