As a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Training Analyst, you’ll bring your leadership, strategic, tactical, technical, and planning expertise to work alongside thought leaders in maritime operations, command and control (C2), operational planning, and cross-echelon analysis on projects. You’ll use your skills and expertise to support analyze, assess, and synchronize operational workflows and training.
Work with us to evaluate and refine MOC processes, command and control (C2)
structures, and training readiness standards to ensure seamless integration during multi-national exercises and real-world contingencies in the European and African theaters.

You Have
- Experience with supporting military planning at theater, operational, or tactical levels
- Experience leading joint planning teams, operational planning teams, and battle rhythm events
- Experience with military headquarters staff elements
- Experience with the Joint Planning Process, Navy Planning Process, Maritime Operational Planning Process, or Military Decision-Making Process, including Adaptive Planning and Execution
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy organization and structure, including Fleet Operations and emerging concept
