As a Director of IT Operations you will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure, internal systems, and business applications.
- Drive AI initiatives across the organization by identifying opportunities, implementing AI-powered solutions, and automating business processes.
- Lead complex cross-functional IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Plan and execute infrastructure, cloud, and business systems migrations while minimizing operational impact.
- Own the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications, cloud services, and corporate IT environments.
- Define and implement IT standards, processes, KPIs, SLAs, and operational goals for the department.
- Evaluate, implement, and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Finance, HR, and other business units to deliver technology solutions that support organizational growth.
- Lead technical initiatives independently, taking full ownership from planning to execution with minimal supervision.
- Manage vendors, software platforms, licensing, and strategic technology partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing IT teams.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
