The Role
FAAC Technologies is looking for a Project Manager to join its Headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna).
The successful candidate will join the Product Portfolio team within the R&D; Department and will be responsible for leading the Obeya environment, driving cross-functional collaboration, visual management and alignment among stakeholders to support the successful delivery of product development projects in line with Lean Thinking principles.
Key Responsabilities
Lead assigned product development projects, ensuring achievement of targets related to time-to-market, product cost, CAPEX/OPEX and overall business objectives.
Define, develop and maintain integrated project plans, coordinating scope, milestones, deliverables, resources and cross-functional activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and engage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning and high
