Your Missions At Electra, we are building Italy’s most reliable and expansive fast-charging network, and that starts by securing the right locations, from shopping centers and supermarkets to public land, greenfields and private car parks.
As Head of Development/Expansion,
you will lead our efforts across Small and Medium Businesses, Big Retailers, and Public Administration verticals, managing a team of Business Developers/ Real Estate Developers. You will craft and execute our national expansion roadmap, identify strategic areas for growth, and build high-value partnerships that drive long-term impact.
Directly reporting to General Manager Italy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, adapting our offerings to local market dynamics and ensuring we stay ahead of policy and regulatory changes.
Your responsibilities Define and lead the expansion roadmap for Italy, identifying high-potential development zones and opportunities across sectors.
