Strategic Execution Starts with You
- Drive selected cross‑functional transformation projects that support the execution of the Diagnostics strategy.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones,
deliverables, and clear governance.
- Prepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
- Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working, and organizational transformation.
Competenze ed esperienza Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a global organization, managing cross‑functional projects.
- Strong project management skills, experience in strategy execution, and a practical understanding of transformation and change management.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leade
