We are currently looking for O&M; Supervisor to join our M Renewables team in Italy , part of our subsidiary METKA EGN .
Support the O&M; Project Manager/Head in the hiring and selection process of site personnel, including local searches (town halls, local TEE, electricians' unions).



Collaborate with the O&M; Project Manager and Control Room Engineers in defining and executing plant handover activities to ensure a smooth transition from EPC to O&M.;
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained, in alignment with the O&M; H&S; Supervisor's guidelines.
Coordinate daily activities and maintain close communication with the O&M; Project Manager and site technicians for operational matters.
Review, report and validate Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance activities performed in the field.
Ensure daily monitoring of the SCADAs and updates in the CMMS (Fiix) and verify that the system remains fully operational for data extraction and reporting.
Optimizes spare parts inventory and oversee warehouse controls, including periodic checks and reporting.
Develop and update annual preventive maintenance plans according to the requirements of signed O&M; contracts.
