About the job
Lead the transformation of the Colored Sinks category by turning Franke into the global trendsetter in colored food-preparation solutions. Drive breakthrough innovation across Composite Sink, redefining consumer expectations through iconic design,
superior functionality and system-based solutions. Report directly to the Head of Global Category Management Sinks & Accessories (based in Italy).
- Own and drive the global Colored Sinks category, covering all three material segments: Fragranite, Tectonite, and Ceramic
- Define and execute the global category strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and growth
- Operate within the Central Category Management organization, as part of the Global Category Sinks & Accessories (including Stainless Steel sinks, Colored Sinks, Accessories, and Waste Kits)
- Lead in a global matrix environment, leveraging:
- Dedicated regional product managers across eight country clusters
- Cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain
- Ensure alignment and execution across markets, driving consistency, innovation, and performance at scale
