We're launching from inside a hundred-million-dollar scale-up with a clear ambition: build the next unicorn in customer support. Most AI support tools reply to tickets. Vinci acts - resolves them, escalates with full context when needed, learns from every interaction, and turns support from a queue into an automated operating layer.
We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who wants ownership from day one and the chance to shape a category-defining product from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Own meaningful parts of our full-stack architecture - from idea to shipped product
- Make sharp technical and product decisions, working closely with the founders
- Build and improve our AI/LLM integrations at the product layer
- Move fast, iterate often, and take real responsibility for what you ship
What We're Looking For:
- Senior full-stack experience with strong ownership mentality
- Strong TypeScript experience across the stack: React/Next.js, Node.js/Fastify, PostgreSQL, Redis,
and background job systems such as BullMQ
- Strong product mindset - you care about outcomes, not just code
- Genuine passion for AI and building products people actually use
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Drizzle ORM, pgvector, or vector/RAG-based systems
- Experience building auth, permissions, and multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Experience with support, helpdesk, CRM, or ticketing integrations such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Experience shipping LLM-powered product features: tool calling, evaluations, observability, prompt/version management, or AI agent workflows
