The role
We are looking for a Key Account for the Campania region in Italy, responsible for developing and executing channel plans,
coordinating with internal teams, and managing commercial relationships with customers.
What you'll be responsible for
- Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations
- Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress
- Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel.
- Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed
- Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements
- Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients
- Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams
