Responsibilities Support and coordinate all Quality Control and Quality Engineering activities within a PCB manufacturing environment, ensuring processes meet customer requirements from prototyping through to mass production. Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) approval and release, ensuring appropriate tools, competencies, and controls are in place across the entire production flow. Prepare the organization for customer and third-party audits, perform internal audits, and ensure proper reporting and follow-up of improvement actions. Monitor and report Quality KPIs, promoting effective initiatives to reduce cost of poor quality, non-conformities, and process variability. Ensure timely and effective management of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to internal and customer non-conformities, maintain alignment of the Quality Management System with required standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Ro HS, REACH), and enforce compliance with safety regulations and PPE requirements.
Requirements Technical diploma or university degree (engineering or technical background preferred) with strong proficiency in MS Office tools (document creation, spreadsheets, presentations). Previous experience in a similar quality role within an industrial, electronics, PCB, or automotive manufacturing environment is considered a plus. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and other relevant quality standards, as well as familiarity with methodologies and tools such as APQP, PPAP, DFM, FMEA, 8 D, and basic statistical techniques. Strong analytical and methodical problem-solving approach, teamwork orientation, and the ability to motivate and engage colleagues toward results-driven improvements. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to read and draft procedures, instructions, and professional correspondence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
