GRDQ Quality and Food Safety Supplier Associate Manager
The Global Quality and Food Safety Supplier Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across our global supply chain. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and food safety programs for suppliers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. For all relevant suppliers, this role must ensure compliance with PVM quality and food safety requirements, PVM policies / procedures and relevant regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and food safety programs across the global supply chain;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and food safety across the global supply chain;
Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards including Group Policies;
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to supplier quality and food safety; develop and implement risk management strategies;




Provide training and support to suppliers and internal teams on quality and food safety standards and best practices;
Maintain and further develop the Global Supplier Database;
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory and R&D;, to ensure alignment on quality and food safety objectives;
Our Perfect Candidate
Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field;
At least 5 years experience in quality and food safety, preferably in the food industry in a global supply chain context;
Strong knowledge of quality assurance and food safety standards and regulations;
Experience and strong knowledge in Supplier Quality (approval, performance evaluations, audits; Strong leadership skills to drive quality and food safety initiatives across the organization;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to successfully negotiate, communicate and drive the business;
