The Operations Specialist supports the Swatch & Flik Flak Operations & Back Office team through sales analysis, operational coordination, and the execution of projects that ensure efficient store operations and business performance.
Il vostro profilo
- Analyze sales performance and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support commercial and marketing decisions
- Coordinate retail back-office activities, including orders, stock monitoring, inventory management, store uniforms, and POS materials
- Support new store openings by organizing operational materials and coordinating logistics
- Prepare presentations, operational guidelines, and internal documentation for Retail and Real Estate projects
- Coordinate special retail projects and events, managing logistics, operational checklists, reporting, and administrative activities
- Support the development of internal communication through the Teams channel and the monthly Retail Newsletter
Condizioni professionali
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sales Analysis, Business Support, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
