INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR

Driven by passion for sports and great vision, the Reusch team keeps focusing on the development of technical winter and goalkeeper products. To strengthen our team in Bolzano, we are looking for a reliable and motivated colleague to support our International Sales department in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Starting date 01.10.2026.
Salary 28.000 - 35.000€ gross per year
YOUR TASKS:
- Act as a contact person for selected international distributors
- Support daily communication on sales and supply chain topics
- Handle and monitor sales and purchase orders
- Coordinate deliveries and follow up on payments
- Prepare presentations, offers, and reports
- Maintain price lists and sales statistics
- Support the organization of meetings and showroom activities
- Assist with incoming requests from customers and partners
- Contribute to identifying new business opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in commercial or administrative role
- Confident communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. MS Dynamics Nav) is a plus
