You will be part of the European Key Industrial & IoT Team , a dedicated and high-impact sales organization responsible for building deep, trusted, and long-term partnerships with NXP’s most strategic customers.

This role requires a senior executive profile , capable of defining, shaping, and executing a comprehensive growth strategy . The Account Manager is expected to act as a strategic business leader , driving alignment between customer’ priorities and NXP’s long-term vision to unlock sustainable and profitable growth.
The successful candidate combines strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and operational rigor , with the ability to influence both internally and externally at the highest levels of the organization.
Mission
You will define and execute the NXP growth strategy across assigned strategic accounts , identifying, cultivating, and securing profitable business opportunities in line with NXP’s overall strategy and ambitions.
A critical part of your success will be your ability to build and leverage executive-level relationships ,

align cross-functional stakeholders, and orchestrate global resources to deliver measurable business impact and market share gains.
