Your Role
As a Sales Representative (Outdoor Running) you will drive sustainable growth across a portfolio of wholesale accounts and strengthen Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing wholesale accounts across Central & Southern Italy.
Building strong relationships with retailers and key decision‐makers.
Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA strategy.
Executing the seasonal Go‐To‐Market process, ensuring strong sell‐in and sell‐through.
Identifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.
Ensuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising, and in‐store execution.
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
Supporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days, and community initiatives.
Delivering product and brand training to retail staff and partners.
Acting as a brand ambassador, strengthening Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a similar commercial role.
Experience within the running, outdoor, sporting goods, footwear, or performance apparel industry highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Italian running and outdoor market.
Proven ability to build long‐term customer relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and results‐oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and self‐motivated.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‐functional teams.
