We are looking for a Permitting Specialist to join our office in Milan HQ
The Project Permitting Specialist supports the Environmental and Permit Manager in cooperation with project teams, Operational Excellence Director and relevant involved Functions in the coordination and continuous improvement of permitting activities across projects, tenders, sites and vessels.
Support the collection, consolidation and analysis of permitting requirements across projects, tenders, sites and vessels, identifying recurring topics, common constraints and opportunities for alignment.
Contribute to the development, update and harmonization of permitting procedures, tools, trackers, templates and reporting systems to improve consistency and efficiency across the Company.
Support the Environmental and Permit Manager, Project Directors and relevant Functions in monitoring permitting status across multiple projects and in identifying critical issues, trends, lessons learned and areas for process improvement.
Maintain centralized, non-project-specific permitting registers and structured records,



ensuring traceability of key information and obligations.
Liaise with project teams, internal functions and external consultants to collect inputs, compare approaches and promote the adoption of common permitting practices where appropriate.
Support the internal dissemination of permitting requirements, key constraints and lessons learned to improve awareness, coordination and planning across projects.
Identify synergies among projects, phases and geographies to streamline workflows, reduce duplication and strengthen the overall permitting approach.
Provide structured permitting inputs, background information and historical references to support tendering and project teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to permitting governance, cross-functional interfaces and company processes.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Engineering or a related field.
