We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regional levels. Be the glue driving connectivity and collaboration across the Industry, solving challenges and formulating strategies that drive growth and realize market opportunities. Align cross‐functional efforts with Global and Regional leadership and lead stakeholder and community engagement with BMC and Sector GTM teams.
Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Oversee large, strategically important opportunities to drive exponential growth of the Industry and allocate capital across all Sectors in collaboration with Global Industry Leader, SR and SL ILs, ensuring investments are prioritized against set strategy.
Shape the vision and ambition for the Industry in collaboration with GIL, Sector Leaders, SR and SL Industry Leaders, and drive end‐to‐end execution. Track anticipated ROI against committed investments and formulate strategies to address shortfalls and fuel growth.
Orchestrate Governance: Co‐lead Industry Board with the GIL, ensuring disciplined and impactful board management and that the industry is represented on the Editorial Board for sector insights alignment.
Work through high levels of stakeholder complexity, ambiguity, conflict and abstract concepts.
Identify innovative alternatives, dig into issues to surface core pain points.
Create and drive a project plan, and direct action with tact and diplomacy.
Drive a program of work from start to finish.
Shift easily between abstract strategic discussions and operational detail.
Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent qualification.
10+ years of current experience with EY or a global professional services firm.
Flexibility to work extended hours, as the role involves responding to clients' needs across multiple time zones.
