Posizione:
ACPV is looking for a Tender and Proposal Manager to be included in our Business Development team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying and managing tender and competition opportunities aligned with the firm's market positioning strategy. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
The role will include a range of activities such as:
Researching and analyzing public tenders, invitations, and competitions in line with ACPV's strategic objectives
Assessing the technical and economic feasibility of participating in a given tender or competition
Completing pre-qualification questionnaires (RFQ / PQQ) and ensuring eligibility requirements are met
Collecting and verifying all documentation required by tender procedures, including coordination with other economic operators (partners or consultants) involved in the bid
Drafting tender documentation in close coordination with the Head of Bidding and/or relevant Partner
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring full compliance with the sc
