What will you do?
Contract, Bid and Proposal Management. Analyze complex RFQs (Request For Quotation), and lead the tender preparation process to prepare accurate costing using established process and tools.
Manage the entire bid process, including the development of technical and commercial offers, and oversee the internal approval process;
Coordinate internal communication and follow‐ups to ensure that all offers are complete on schedule;
Maintain reliable and efficient communication with key stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary;
Engage in discussions with clients to explain Schneider Electric solutions, gather detailed requirements and develop competitive and client‐satisfying architectures;
Present the added value of offers, from both technical and economic perspectives to customers;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships from the tendering perspective, working closely with the sales team.
Qualifications
University Degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
Demonstrate a clear customer‐oriented vision;
Offer and Application knowledge;
Ability to work effectively in a group setting, team oriented and results driven;
Results oriented, critical thinking and problem‐solving skills;
Influence and convince skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Project risk assessment expertise;
Finance Literacy;
Fluent English (written and oral) is mandatory.
