In a context of very strong and sustained growth, with the aim of managing our clients' needs, we are looking for a motivated Talent Intern to help qualify and keep our database of high-calibre candidates for interim assignments up to date.
To ensure success, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset and some knowledge of customer relationship management.
Main Tasks:
- Helping to nurture and maintain a database of CVs, with the appropriate identification codes and evaluation rankings;
- Supporting activities aimed at improving database quality and related Talent Management processes and procedures (i.e. collecting managers' and clients' feedback from Quality Assurance process);
- Supporting resume formatting in accordance with EIM standards;
- Organizing candidates’ interviews with Partners and Clients;
- Keeping connections and communications with Interim candidates, providing them with templates to be filled in,
collecting the completed templates containing the required information and updating the database accordingly;
- Supporting the search process within the database to extract specific profiles as needed and required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills;
- Great organizational and time-management skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian (native-level proficiency) and English (minimum C1 level).

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Retribuzione: €600,00 al mese
