Join our team in Aman Rosa Alpina. Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's UNESCO-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy.

Role

Under the supervision of the spa manager and senior therapist, the spa therapist is responsible for the entire spa operations and administrations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional treatment to guests with enough knowledge and fine skills.

- Promote our products with detailed knowledge.

- Conduct spa tours for guests.

- Professional Consultation for treatment guests.

- Controlling inventories for treatment and retail items.

- Maintain spa facility tidy and clean based on our hygiene standard.

- Assist for continued spa appointments for guests politely.

- Fully understand all service aspects of the hotel such as Rooms and Food & Beverage

- Support spa special events and activities.





- Responsible for maintaining knowledge of all spa and member activities, spa treatments and fitness programs.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Italian.

- Official international aesthetic license.

- 5 years as movement trainer.
