Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Preparing and assigning work schedules to the electrical team and subcontractors
Plan and schedule daily work.
Supervising and motivating team members
Ensuring proper handling of electrical materials and equipment during the installation stages
Maintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes and permits to work.
Supervision of the installing all the electrical equipment that will install in the site.
Control and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queries
Reviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measures
Coordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works, interferences and daily follow-up.
Training and evaluating performances of new employees. xysqume
Coordinating with on-site personnel from the different departments (civil, mechanical) to ensure proper workflow and avoid clashes
Supervising on-site electrical operations and reporting any major issues to the senior management
Coordinating with the project Electrical Project Manager to review any design requirements
Essential Criteria for the Role:
Degree Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer experience is required.
10+ years’ experience in similar role
Excellent organisational andplanning skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent negotiation, problem solving and decision‑making skills
Proficient in use of systems software related to Engineering functions
Ability to manage workload and prioritise
Ability to work on own initiative
