Travel Coordinators wear the
WeRoad t-shirt only once or twice per year
, leading small groups of travellers around the world. The rest of the year, they live their normal lives — with normal jobs, studies, or projects.

What does a Travel Coordinator do?
A Travel Coordinator is not a tour guide.




Your role is to
lead the group experience
, making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure.
You will:
? Lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips
? Create a positive group dynamic
? Support the group throughout the itinerary
? Help turn a trip into a memorable experience
Who we are looking for
You might be a great fit if you:
Love travelling and meeting new people
Are comfortable speaking
English fluently
Have strong
communication and leadership skills
Are responsible and organised
Enjoy managing group dynamics

Europe
What is the World English Community?
The
World English Community
is made up of Travel Coordinators who lead tours
in English
, with travellers from all around the world.
At this time we are progressing applications from
Native and Fluent English speakers based in Europe
.
