For our Plant inSant'Angelo Dei Lombardi (AV), we are currently looking for aQuality Specialist.

By covering this role, you will be responsible for the correct application of theProduct Food Safety&Quality; Specificationon production lines, based on guidelines defined by theFood Safety and Quality Group (FSQ)and other external organizations, to ensure that all the manufactured products respect the standards for Quality and Food Safety.
You will contribute to generating ideas for continuous improvement and to implementing related actions, as well as supporting employee training, in order to ensure the achievement of quality objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
AsPlant Quality Specialist,you will lead a shift-based team to ensure product compliance withFood Safety and Quality standardswithin the Production Unit, covering all stages from raw material reception through processing and finished product maturation.
Your scope will include (but will not be limited to) allQuality and Food Safety aspectsdefined in the Product Food Safety & Quality Specification, including CCPs, oPRPs and CPs, as well as the prevention of microbiological and chemical-physical contamination, quality defects, and compliance with legal, packaging and organoleptic requirements.
Together with your team, you will oversee the execution ofFood Safety and Quality self-checks within the Production Unit, ensure accurate recording of relevant data, and manage the issuance and updating of Food Safety & Quality control instructions.




You will coordinate theinternal traceability team, ensuring robust and up-to-date capabilities to trace non-conforming products throughout the supply chain and back to the relevant raw materials and packaging.
The role also involves carrying out checks through extraordinary finished-goodssampling and periodic auditsin accordance with Military Standards.
Your team will play a key role in reinforcing Food Safety and Quality standards by providing training and ongoing support to Production Unit workers.
In addition, you will manageconsumer complaintsrelated to manufactured products, leading internal investigations and defining root cause analyses (RCA) and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans for the plant.
Finally, you will lead the internalorganoleptic panel, organizing periodic tasting sessions for finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials.
About You:
You will bring yourMaster's degree in Food Technology, Biology, Biotechnology or Chemical engineering.As a good communicator, you arefluent in English and Italian.
You will have a strong teamwork attitude, flexibility and capacity to work under pressure.




Your willingness forinternational mobilitywill be an asset for your professional development.Previous experience in a Food Safety and/or Quality functionwill be considered a strong requirement, helping you to integrate quickly into the role and its responsibilities.
What we offer:
The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.
The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary.The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
