ppNatixis Corporate Investment Banking is a leading global financial institution that provides advisory, investment banking, financing, corporate banking and capital markets services to corporations, financial institutions, financial sponsors, and sovereign and supranational organizations worldwide.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFollow the day?to?day accounting processes required for the proper functioning of the branch.
/li liCollaborate with the various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
/li liPerform reconciliations, analyses and controls of the general ledger, including fixed asset register checks and expense monitoring.
/li liSupport the preparation and management of internal corporate reporting.
/li liWork with the Finance team on the preparation and production of all regulatory returns to the competent authorities and the reporting packages to the parent company.
/li liLiaise with internal and external auditors and with the reporting and accounting departments at head office.




/li liPerform any other duties as required by the Supervisor.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
A diploma from a technical commercial institute will be considered an asset.
/li liLanguages: fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is considered a plus.
/li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping (mandatory).
/li liIT skills: good command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
/li /ul h3Personal Skills /h3 ul liStrong willingness to learn and ability to feel comfortable when facing challenges.
/li liPragmatic, well?organised, accurate and self?motivated.
/li liFriendly attitude and good communication skills.
