As Sustainability Consultant for Social Responsibility & Supplier Engagement, based remotely in Italy, you will play a key role in strengthening working conditions and advancing social sustainability across our Italian supplier network.
This is a tempo parziale consultancy assignment equivalent to two days per week.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Sustainability Consultant, your main contribution will be to drive social responsibility initiatives and foster continuous improvement across our Italian supply chain. Reporting to the Senior Sustainability Manager, you will play a vital role in strengthening supplier engagement, ensuring compliance with social standards, and supporting responsible business practices throughout the production network by:
Representing the Sustainability team in Italy and ensuring continuous alignment with our Stockholm HQ
Onboarding suppliers and subcontractors through audits, factory visits, and training initiatives
Participating in social audits and validating corrective action plans
Delivering training and guidance on topics such as grievance mechanisms, living wages, and gender equality
Supporting supplier performance evaluations
Monitoring and benchmarking social sustainability developments in Italy
Contributing to Fair Wear activities and industry working groups
Verifying production set-ups, subcontracting structures, and traceability

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, social responsibility, or supply chain management
Strong knowledge of social compliance and fashion supply chains
Experience conducting social audits or working within a sustainability function
Proven project management skills
Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
