Tech Lead @ HRM The resource will join a structured web development project and provide technical leadership throughout the design, development and evolution of enterprise applications based on Adobe Experience Manager . The role includes supporting development teams, defining technical solutions and ensuring the adoption of coding standards and best practices. The Tech Lead will contribute to both backend development in Java and frontend development using JavaScript, React and jQuery , while overseeing integrations and application quality. The resource will also help resolve complex technical issues, review implementation choices and promote scalable, secure and maintainable solutions. Perks & Benefits: Why HRM? What you will bring to the team Skills We are looking for professionals who are ready to make their skills available and explore new contexts or stimulating projects , or eager to deepen different areas of responsibility . If that’s you, you’ll be a key piece to our success thanks to:
- Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Solid backend development skills in Java
- Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript
- Experience in developing modern web interfaces with React
- Good knowledge of jQuery, including its use in existing or legacy components
- Experience in designing and developing enterprise web applications
- Ability to define technical solutions and support architectural decisions
- Knowledge of software development best practices, coding standards and code review processes
- Strong knowledge of English (B2 level)
