Your seat to fill:
Act as the product expert and brand ambassador within the regional marketing team for the categories of strollers, home, and carriers, with strong product and market knowledge
Plan and execute effective retail store visits within your assigned area, aligned with business opportunities, product launches, and Sales and Marketing objectives
Be based in Vicenza at the CYBEX Italy office, with approximately 70% travel across Italy (North to South) and 30% office-based work
Deliver structured product, sales, and technical training during store visits to enhance retail staff knowledge, confidence, and sales performance
Ensure premium in-store presentation, including visual merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) materials, in line with global brand guidelines; implement and maintain
CYBEX exhibitions, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Plan and execute impactful retail activations for assigned product categories; proactively support sell-out growth through in-store activities, events,
and technical sales suppor
Maintain a strong presence in key retail locations, including availability to work up to two Saturdays per month (with time off in lieu), supporting sales and enhancing the customer experience
Support retail partners in developing and improving their social media content, including content creation and on-camera participation where required
Represent the brand at trade fairs, retail events, PR events, and activation initiatives, strengthening brand visibility and external partnerships
Provide commercial support by developing clear and effective materials and tools to support sales teams and retail partners in driving sell-out
Monitor competitor activities and market trends, delivering structured insights and actionable reporting to headquarters

Relevant professional experience in field sales, retail, or category management, ideally within premium or consumer goods industries
Experience in marketing or social media is considered an advantage
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% of working time) and work up to two Saturdays per month
Curious, dynamic, and team-oriented, with a strong interest in visiting stores, engaging with retail teams,
observing, learning, and adding value
Results-driven and proactive, with a mindset focused on improving retail performance and supporting sell-out, while understanding the indirect impact on sales and brand awareness
Creative and hands-on, with the ability to produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos, reels) and support in-store execution when needed
Empathetic and diplomatic, with strong relationship-building skills and a consistent, solution-oriented approach to supporting retail partners
Confident in delivering product demonstrations and comfortable appearing on camera for social media content
Well-organized yet adaptable, capable of planning effectively while remaining flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment
Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written
