ppAn exciting opportunity for a skilled Analog IC Design Engineer to join a fast growing Semiconductor StartUp that specialise in ASIC Development, working alongside their team in Pavia, Italy. /p h3bResponsibilities: /b /h3 ul liDesign and simulate high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks such as data converters (ADC/DAC), amplifiers, LDOs, and PLLs. /li liTake ownership of the design from architectural definition and transistor-level design through to layout supervision and post-layout verification. /li liCreate detailed design and verification documentation. /li liCollaborate with layout, verification, and system engineers to ensure robust and successful product delivery. /li liMentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews. /li liParticipate in the evaluation and characterization of fabricated silicon in the lab. /li /ul h3bQualifications: /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.



/li li5+ years of hands‑on experience in analog/mixed‑signal IC design, specifically specialising in optical communication. /li liProven experience with deep sub‑micron CMOS processes. /li liProficiency with industry‑standard design and simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre). /li liSolid understanding of analog design fundamentals, including device physics, noise, and matching. /li liExperience in supervising IC layout and interpreting post‑layout simulation results. /li liExcellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills. /li /ul pBy applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
