TSH operates a hybrid hospitality concept across Europe and is seeking a Front Office Host in Bologna to welcome guests, manage check-ins, and guide arrivals with warmth.

You’ll coordinate with housekeeping and F&B; to keep the lobby buzzing, offer local tips, upsell activities, and maintain a welcoming, energetic lobby with strong English and Italian communication.
