Team members join a culture of progress, innovation, and motion, where high standards and athletic passion shape everyday work. /ppstrongRole Description /strong As an Inside Sales Specialist at Q36.5, you will manage and grow relationships with retailers, distributors, and direct customers through phone, email, and digital channels. You will handle inbound and outbound sales activities, provide product information and recommendations, prepare price quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with logistics and customer service, and supporting sales campaigns and promotions. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new collections and technical product features.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bolzano. /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliStrong skills in customer relationship management, consultative selling, and handling inbound and outbound sales communications. /liliExperience with order processing, ERP systems, and basic sales reporting or forecasting. /liliClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in an accessible way. /liliComfort with digital tools such as email platforms, video conferencing, and office productivity software. /liliPrior experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in sports, outdoor, or apparel sectors. /liliInterest in cycling, endurance sports, or performance apparel and willingness to learn technical product details. /liliAbility to work on-site in Bolzano, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting. /liliProficiency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage. /liliHigh school diploma required; a post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered /li /ul
