Arsenale Group is seeking an HR Coordinator – International Projects to drive HR initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring policy consistency and effective implementation with HQ and local teams.

You will manage international HR processes end-to-end, support recruitment, learning, performance, compensation, and employee relations while ensuring regulatory compliance and data reporting. Fluent in English and Italian, with 4–6 years in HR generalist roles.
