We are looking for a strongJr Coffee /strong strongChemist /strongto join our Scientific Department. /ppbr / /ppThe Jr Coffee Chemist will support applied research into innovative extraction techniques and analysis to detect chemical compounds in coffee. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat will you do: /strong /pulliSample preparation with extractions: LLE, Soxhlet, SDE etc. /liliUse of liquid chromatography instrumentation: LC coupled with MS mass spectrometry, HPLC. /liliRecording, analysis and interpretation of data obtained from experiments with a view to producing internal reports, patents and scientific papers. /liliStatistical analysis and chemometrics. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliMaster#39;s degree in Chemistry or CTF or PhD in Chemistry ( preferred Analytical Chemistry). /liliMinimum experience in LC-MS on food matrices. /liliStatistical analysis and chemometrics.
