Our pioneering spirit and continuous commitment to research development has enabled us to be at the forefront of the radar technologies applications across the globe. /p pThe company is a leading provider of Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Monitoring Radar solutions worldwide. /p pFor our bPisa- /bbased office We are looking for an enthusiastic bSoftware Engineer Back End /b who will be part of a software team of world‑class engineers who design and develop customer‑friendly software solutions aimed at ensuring people’s safety in hazardous environments, such as mines, and preventing risks in building and infrastructure monitoring. /p pHe/she will join the team that conceives and develops core services for the monitoring solutions running on the server back‑end, having the opportunity to deliver code that provides highly accurate data and algorithms, used by state‑of‑the‑art products, successfully operated to reduce risks in several working activities. /p pbWhat we want you to do:
/b /p ul liWorking in a team for the design and development of services and relevant infrastructure for a back‑end server application /li liWork on troubleshooting and performance optimization /li liStay up‑to‑date with new technology trends /li liCompliance with workplace health and safety requirements and directions when working on customer / dealer / end user sites /li liAdditional duties may be assigned from time to time /li /ul pbWhat would we like to see: /b /p ul liDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent /li liStrong with Object‑Oriented Design and Programming (Java) /li liExperience of software development with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) approach /li liKnowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework /li liKnowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets concepts /li liExperience with Windows and Linux OS /li liAt least 3 years of relevant experience in the role /li /ul pbWill be considered a plus: /b /p ul liFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodology /li liFamiliarity with Continuous Integration environments /li liUse of Test Automation practices and frameworks /li liWorking experience with databases /li liKnowledge of AWS cloud services /li /ul pbLanguages: /b /p ul liItalian: strong written and spoken skills /li liEnglish: strong written and spoken skills /li /ul pSeniority level: Mid‑Senior level /p pEmployment type: Full‑time /p pJob function: Information Technology /p pIndustries: Software Development and Automation Machinery Manufacturing /p pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at IDS GeoRadar by 2x /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
