Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.**Stewarding** **SUPERVISOR****About the Role:**The Stewarding Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Food & Beverage operations by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen, outlet, and back-of-house areas. This position supervises the daily activities of the stewarding team, supports Culinary and F&B; operations, and ensures full compliance with Four Seasons standards, HACCP guidelines, and local regulations.**What You Will Do:*** Supervise daily stewarding operations across all Food & Beverage and kitchen areas.* Lead, coordinate, and support the stewarding team during shifts, ensuring efficiency and operational readiness.* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in kitchens, storage areas, dishwashing stations, and back of house.* Ensure full compliance with HACCP procedures, health and safety regulations, and company policies.* Collaborate closely with Culinary and F&B; teams to support smooth operational flow and service requirements.* Organize daily tasks, shift assignments, and preparation of work areas before, during, and after service.* Monitor the proper use, upkeep, and cleanliness of equipment, machinery, and stewarding supplies.* Support inventory control, stock monitoring,
