A student housing agency in Florence is seeking a dynamic, hands-on person to manage the daily operations of our property portfolio in the historic center:
Coordination & Logistics:
- Managing the student check-in and check-out schedule, welcome meetings and coordinating external vendors for extraordinary maintenance, cleaning companies, and linen supplies.
- Routine Maintenance (First Response): Directly resolving minor household issues that do not require a certified technician.
- Apartment Inspections: Checking the condition of the properties prior to the students' arrival and following their departure.
Requirements: good manual skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a good command of the English language (essential for interacting with international students). Schedule flexibility and high attention to detail. Based in Florence.
