Active in the Italian real estate sector since ****, the group has developed and continues to manage the Porta Nuova neighbourhood, one of Europe's most prestigious urban regeneration projects.
/p pWe are currently looking for an bAnalyst /b in our bFund Asset Management /b team: in this role, you will contribute to managing high-profile assets and funds, supporting key initiatives in development, financing, leasing, and ESG integration.
/p pbKey responsibilities: /b /p ul liPrepare reports and documentation for internal governance stakeholders, including Investment Committees and the Board of Directors (BoD), conducting and updating financial analysis, financial models, and presentation decks.
/li liAssist in negotiating and analyzing leasing contracts and their financial impact on business plans.
/li liSupport the evaluation of asset disposal scenarios and the structuring of new investment vehicles.
/li liLiaise with third parties, including property managers, development managers, brokers, lenders, third-party appraisers, etc.
/li liAnalyze potential investment opportunities, market trends, and macroeconomic contexts to inform business strategies.
/li liParticipate in property inspections and market tours, including travel if needed.
/li liMonitor ESG key performance indicators and work with the sustainability team to update COIMA metrics for managed funds.
/li /ul pbEducation, skills, and experience required: /b /p ul liUniversity degree in Economics, Financial Markets, or Real Estate Management.




/li li2-3 years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sectors, particularly in asset management, development projects, tenant management, leasing, and financing.
/li liFinancial modeling and analytical skills with a strong quantitative aptitude.
/li liESG awareness and advocacy, focusing on sustainability metrics and the SFDR framework.
/li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automated reporting and data analysis solutions.
/li liFluent in English (spoken and written).
/li liCollaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to educate and share knowledge within the organization.
